David Sigee FRPSL, a member of the Royal Philatelic Society will be giving a “Paul Gaywood Lecture” on the University Mails of Oxford and Cambridge Universities 1490/1900.
This lecture will be held at the Rochdale Unitarian Church, Clover Street OL12 6TP, on Thursday 11th May at 7.30 pm.
