A series of 12 to be given away free in Stamp Collector magazine.
A series of twelve specially designed EuroPhilex Souvenir sheets will be given away with every issue of Stamp Collector magazine from now until the exhibition.
Each sheet is on a different philatelic subject relating to the Birmingham area, where the exhibition is being held, at the NEC. The first two sheets will be in the July edition of Stamp Collector which is out on June 18th.
The subject of sheet 1 is early Birmingham postal marks, and sheet 2 is the 1911 Philatelic Congress of Great Britain, the first to be held in Birmingham. The sheets are all on gummed paper so they can be attached to covers.
A range of special cancels will be available at the exhibition if you would like to tie them to your covers when you are at the exhibition. Future editions of Stamp Collector magazine all appear mid-month and will each contain a different souvenir sheet until next May.
