The Draft Programme for the 2024 Philatelic Congress of Great Britain, organised by the ABPS, to be held in Southampton from 11th to 14th July, is now available on the ABPS website. The theme of the event is “Exploring New Directions in Philately”. The event will also feature the the RDP and Congress Medal presentations this year.
